1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

4. Your Account

Wen 786 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable guidelines. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill, or a screenshot of your payment wallet. Withdrawals may be held until verification is satisfactorily completed. This process protects both you and the integrity of the platform.
KYC verification is a one-time process for most players. Once completed, your account is marked as verified and subsequent withdrawals process without additional checks for standard amounts.
5. Deposits

7.2 Wagering Requirements

9. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on wen 786 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:

11. Responsible Gaming

Wen 786 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Maintenance windows, technical issues, and connectivity problems may occasionally affect availability. Wen 786 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance periods.
Where a technical error results in an incorrect game payout on wen 786, we reserve the right to correct the error and recover any funds incorrectly credited. Players will always be notified of such corrections and the reasons for them.
14. Amendments to These Terms

15. Account Closure and Termination
15.1 Closure by Player
You may request to close your wen 786 account at any time by contacting support@wen786.app. Before closure, you may withdraw any eligible balance. Accounts with pending bonus wagering requirements will have the bonus and associated winnings forfeited upon closure.
15.2 Closure by Wen 786
Wen 786 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account with or without notice if we determine that: the player has breached these Terms; the account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; continued operation poses a risk to the safety or security of the platform or other players; or we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.
15.3 Effect of Closure
Upon account closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcomes or voided where appropriate. Eligible remaining balances will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within 5 business days. Balances associated with confirmed fraud or bonus abuse will not be returned.
